Filthy and mediocre at best

If it weren?t for an adjacent Star Market and the T, this place would be horrible. The laundry facilities often don?t work, the trash chutes are blocked up and stink up the hallways every weekend. Tenants spew their trash all over the garage and on the floor in the trash chutes. The concierge does not accept "large packages". One has to walk past the smell of garbage and all sorts of weird aromas in order to get to an apartment. The gym costs and extra 80 dollars per month. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

The atrium has no trash chute, so I think you might have reviewed the wrong building.
