Review for Atrium & another apartment complex...Read

Great location, right next to grocery(*STAR MARKET). 1 min walk from T-stop...but...
Very thin walls, u can hear people running and talking while sleeping.
But this apartment is better than 72 Euston Rd that I lived in. It's not even listed here for review. (72 Euston Rd-Colbourne Place). At Colbourne Place, the landlord often comes into our apartments without permission, and we had lots of stuff stolen.
Overall, Atrium is ok for a college town, noise unavoidable(')Spacious rooms for its price in city, but just the thin walls!!(ARgh!!) Has pretty much everything you need near the complex, mail box etc, resturaunts. Great for people with no cars(opposite T-station). Garage is ok, extra $200 a mth, but my car had rims stolen & scratched in garage(common in Boston even in the most expensive apartment).
Gym costs extra $80/mth
Management is very helpful at Atrium, but security still pretty lax. I last visited in 2001. As for the other apartment complex(COLBOURNE PLACE)Landlord STEVE LIPTON, run for your life!
