I think the management improved the quality from mediocre to above average / good. Overall it's a pretty nice deal $1,700 for a 1 BR; $200 for underground parking. T station is right in front of the building. The management does not bother you; usually very friendly. Every now and then elevators will be out of service but they are usually fixed in the next day or two. Security has improved a bit (only a bit) but compared to many other apt. communities in Boston area, this place makes you feel SAFE.

The management will usually rent to BU students (yes - rich undergrads included) and you should be prepared for some noise in the weekends. (Noise complaints are taken very seriosly though). The pool area is also very nice to hangout during summers.

The way I look at it; Atrium offers similar things to Greenhouse (lived there pre Y2K) - only with a bit (further) location. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
