I have lived in a one bedroom here for the past five months. This is an about average apartment budilding for Boston. It's a little better than a student ghetto building (only a few stduents), but nothing really special. It is, however, tremendously convenient since I work at nearby Northeastern University. Also, the Fenway T station is two blocks, ballpark three blocks, Fenway theater one blcok, Star Market right next to building, several dining and bar choices within surrounding blocks. It's a little noisy esepcially if you live by someone loud (e.g., connected neighbors) and more noisy if you live in the rear of the building next to Star Market and Boylston. I'm planning on buying soon and I intend to at least stay in the neighborhood even if I live in another building.
