This place is horrible. Started w/ a flood in my room that was never repaired, leaking from the ceiling. There has been people attempting to fix it for 7months. Boston Inspections Department has been out numerous times, basically, it is un-fixable.
Elevators break down frequently. If you enjoy walking up 20 flights of stairs this isn't a problem.
Most people who live in the building are disgusting. They receive low income housing reduction, and literally, smell bad. Encounters with these people are horrible, they do not work, spend the days dumping garbage and hanging out in the laundry room. Last week I caught some lady dumping buckets of water into peoples washing machines. I attempted to talk to her but she was clearly, a real wacho, nutjob, started screaming in a language foreign to this world.
Management staff lacks inteligence. The head manager admitted to me that she herself would never live here and when I asked her about not paying rent due to the leakage, she responded with, "You will get sued."
This is my 4th apartment in Boston, and by far the worst.
