GOOD AT COLLECTING RENT

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Probably the worst company in the Boston area. I live at 879 Beacon right above their office...frequently have no heat, fuses are always in need of replacement...building is dirty...vagrants live in the basement. Barry Samuals just collects the rent without responding to any of the issues in the building...Scott rented me the place and there is not a more sleezy broker in boston.
