The super is sketchy-- goes into your apartment for no apparent reason without notifying you and leaves muddy footprints, moves thing around, etc. Mice, bugs, uncontrollable water temps, amongst other things. The grounds are only kept up during the summer when they're looking for new renters. It's dirty in the building and bums sleep in the front entry.
