I didn't rent from Bay Realty, my building got sold to them. They are very persistant when it concerns getting paid... but I can not get my deposit back from them - they won't even return my calls/emails. If you doubt this, call their office and listen to how they answer the phone - 617.536.5500. Their rudeness will speak for itself.

Did you live in Beacon Hill? They have given me every excuse in the book fo rnot returning my security. Know that if they don't return your deposit within 30 days or send you an itemized receipt, they are nor legally allowed to deduct anything from the deposit for any reason at all. Keep hounding them, I am, and it's making them mad, so maybe they'll actually return it.
