I rented from another landlord and I paid 1300 a month until they bought my property. Then they jacked the rent to 1700 so they could exploit students from Suffolk. All in all a very poorly managed property management company. Don't expect your security deposit back. Horrible attitudes, the heat ran at about 45 in the winter and there were rodent and cockroach issues. Plus he sent people over without notice to come into the apartment, once when I was sleeping and once while I was in the shower! One of the worst apartment experiences I have ever had. Sriously avoid this hassle. Stil lhaven't recieved my security deposit back, yet they keep saying it is on the way!
