I live on Beacon Hill and go to Suffolk and we have great friends in the buidling from Emerson. I read some of the reviews here and can't believe what i am reading. I guess those tenants were use to the old landlord and were upset when Bay Realty bought the buiding and raised the rents. Our apartment was completely renovated just before we moved in and all our friends are asking us when we are moving because they want our place. To be honest the rent is not cheap but the place is excellent. If we ever need anything all we have to do is email ----- or call ------ and they are right out here to fix a toilet or check the heat even to cheange some lightbulbs. They understand the students and do not tolerate late night parties. Most brokers told us that Beacon Hill landlords don't want students but here they are welcome if they are respectful and i know they only take tenants that decorate their apartments nicely. No slummers. If you can get an apt you are lucky!
