I also had a really awful experience with this company from the beginning. They are extremely unprofessional, and treat all tenants like irresponsible college students (even young professionals that are out of school who pay rent on time and don't make any trouble). This company took over my last management company last year over 463 Park Drive, and constantly left me threatening messages and emails about whether I was staying or leaving (even though I had already signed paper work that I am staying).

In addition, they send mass emails with threatening messages about reporting tenants to the credit agency instead of respectfully calling or asking about rent, as it can be a mistake and easily sorted out that way.

And just to add to matters, the laundry machines downstairs went from $1.25 to $2.00 exactly after this company took over, and one of the dryers doesn't even work properly.

They have made my last year here more stressful than necessary, and am extremely happy to move out after being here for 2 1/2 years. The only reason I've stayed here as long as I did was because of the cheap rent, which is no longer the case after this company took over. There is no way the rent they are charging is worth it to live in that dump.
