Large Studio- VERY responsive landlords!

Hello
My daugher has been in a studio that is more like a one bedroom. The issues seen on move in- gas stove pilot out, windows not staying up, plugged sinks- ALL were fixed expeditiously.Landlord has been great [maybe changed hands since '02']. in fact, she is thinking of moving to a larger apt.with 2 friends!
