Run Down Living for the Uncomplaining Student From: Craziealiycatt@aol.com Date posted: 12/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Beacon Realty Trust is a very poorly run business. The apartment I rented in 2005 cost almost $6 a sq. Ft and not worth it. The carpet was old, stained, and torn. The faucets leaked, there were two bad outlets, heat hardly worked, and there were mice every where. They destroyed my clothes, and I had to keep everything in plastic to avoid the poop everywhere. The repair people stole money, an iPod, and other things from my apartment. They broke my desk when the laid new carpet ( while I was gone with out notifying me ). I would never rent from Beacon Realty Trust again, and I would not recomend them. Plus if you drive a car larger then a mini cooper good luck geting them to rent you a parking space.
