Excellent landlords - responsive and honest

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I lived in Berkman's building on 19 Chester St. from Dec. 1999 to July 2001. The landlords were always very prompt in responding to any problems I had, and took care to insure that the building was always clean, that everything worked well, and that snow removal was prompt in the winter. The rent was high, but not excessively so considering the neighborhood. Recommended to anyone.
