I live on Parker Hill Ave in Mission Hill and I'm kinda sad to have to leave this place (live in a 2 bedroom, roommate is moving away). My landlord/the office is always very responsive and fix things promptly. Example- discovered that my garbage disposal was leaking and they fixed it that day. Also, when I called to say that my tub grout/caulking was cracking they sent someone to check it out and fix it. Parking prices are lower than a lot of prices I've heard in Boston. Snow removal is fantastic and timely both on the stairs and sidewalks and in the parking lots. Steve got to know me and would joke with me when I called. Very friendly and accommodating.
Saw 1 mouse in the 2 years I lived here. Neighbors sometimes noisy but only on some weekends; acceptable. Heat and hot water included is a huge plus.
