Aa a health care professional and required reporting agent, this management needs to seriously think about it's practices.

It may be subsidized housing and require strict policies to protect the building, but you are also charged with protecting your residents.

Many of these residents are elderly, fighting to maintain some quality of life that an inappropriate, incompassionate, and disrespectful management does not feel it is responsible for.

Let me assure you, you will be called out for your abuse and disrespect.

Elderly are protected in this society; especially in subsidized and low-income housing.
