Because of the poor management and lack of care from the site manager and the owners of this property it would be more useful to have this building bought out by someone who could put the property to good use. Maybe the best thing for the tenants in this building is to be placed elsewhere where they could be treated decently and attention is given to serious problems (which are associated with this building). Elderly are not looked after and there concerns taken care of. There were many issues brought to the attention of the building and its owners and NOTHING was ever done about them. You can complain all you want - your complaints will only get you on a list where instead of taking care of the problems associated with the building, the owners and the site manager, maintenance etc. will make your life difficult. Stay as far away from this subsidized housing as you can. It would be in YOUR BEST INTEREST NEVER TO MOVE HERE.
