I can honestly say if you are considering looking for a decent place to live don't move here. Maintenance is the worst I have ever seen - they don't know how to fix much and want to be paid extra to perform their job, site manager is a holy terror and unsympathetic, maintenance steals from apartments, owners are horrendous to deal with when you have serious issues, building has had many SPRINKLER ERUPTIONS, mice infestations and over the last couple of years it has had at least 3 sprinkler eruptions. If you complain, God help you - it will only make your life more miserable. Many GOOD tenants have moved from this complex because of the bad management, maintenance and the way the building is run in general. If you are considering looking for housing - stay away.
