This is a baseless and retailatory accusation. Obviously, the tenant does not understand that a management company acts under the discresion of the building's owner or the board of trustees-if in a condominium. As the acting agent, no action is taken without prior approval from the owner. All actions is thoughtfully taken in complete adherence to the law. It is up to the rental agent to disclose the specifics of a building's make up and of what is included in the rent. Bare in mind the management company collects the rent for the owner, and is not paid by the tenant. As part of our mission statement, all of our agents treat each resident with respect and courtesy keeping their concerns on the forefront.
