I have lived one of the apartment which BRW manages. The only time they would be nice to you is the time of making a contract. After that, there is absolutely no service.
My landlord was not too bad, but I would not recommend anyone to rent an apartment from this company.

| This tenant must have chosen not to make use of our work order process which can be filled out by a form in our office, on the web, and also on the maintenance line. BRW has a designated 24 emergency line available through our main number. We provide monthly rent invoices to each of our tenants including the option to pay online or with direct debit. In addition it would appear that this resident did not opt to make use of our concierge service available to all BRW residents. | |
