HORRIBLE: Racist, insulting, rude, inept, incompetent, grossly apathetic

I have dealt with BRW three different time over the course of 5 or 6 years. The first two times I tried to use them as agents to help me find a place and the third time they ended up being the building management for a building I moved and didn't find this out until the last minute.
My two visits, didn't result in me finding a place. This should rash, but they basically showed me the door and treated me rude and the ONLY reason I can think for this inferior behavior was because I was a minority. They insulted me and the guy(s) that were my agents the two seperate times I went in had that air about them that is hard describe where you know the person thinks that they are above and better than you are. Horrible people.
The third, and definitely the last time, started in 2001 when I moved into a building in Boston that they managed. I didn't find out that they were the management company until my lease had already been signed.
A year went by uneventful (because I didn't go to them for anything primarily), but the last year I lived in the residence I was having problems with a neighbor that was a nut and had found a way to tamper with my service lines (phone and cable). I collected evidence and logged everything and presented it to them. They never did a thing...including totally ignoring my emails and phone calls.
I later found out that some how one of their employees was forwarding my information to one of the tenants or a friend of one of the tenants. When I talked to one of the low-life morons (the animal that is over management of the building) he actually had the audacity to say to me that I am imaging everything and that I am making everything up, among a bunch of other completely out of line stuff.
It can be said that I have a deep distaste for (borderline hatred) BRW.

It is shocking that an individual would step away thinking that he was treated inappropriately and that it was due to his ethinic background. As an equal opportunity employer, BRW has a calidescope of personel opporating at our office. Management does not permit nor promote this type of reported behavior.
Management has a responsibilty to notify the offender of the reported accusations. And to investigate any claims. Please be aware that action is only taken at the discretion of the buildng's owner and in accordance with the law. It is unfortunate that this person had a disagreement with his/her neighbor. However management must remain unbiased until completion of its investigation.
