The absolute worst - don't waste your time or money

I would highly suggest ignoring the recent favorable reviews, clearly written by BRW staff.
When we first went to rent from BRW, the agent was friendly and accommodating. Once the lease was signed, things went to hell quickly.
Horrible smells coming from sewage in the walls, clanking pipes all winter, and completely unresponsive management made our 1 year in a BRW apartment a living hell.
Stay away. You will be sorry if you rent from these scumbags.

Our experience and portfolio speaks for themselves. BRW had no need to self-promote under such falsehoods. If the tenants read the heating instructions provided and used the mechanism properly there would have been no banging of the pipes. You can reach us via, phone, email, fax or the web.
