We have lived with BRW for almost 2 years now. As the broker agents tend to be nice and helpful, it is the rude and unhelpful management that makes their service of the worst kind - after you have signed. Swear to God -We have stories you simply would not believe, and are thinking of writing a letter to the state, revealing how BRW are treating their customers... stay away from there!
