I have lived at 520 Beacon Street for the last 3 years, during this time we have had many emergencies which were well beyond BRW's control, they have risen to the occassion on each and every emergency and quickly resolved the issue. BRW is an excellent management co and has made my exerience at 520 Beacon Street and enjoyable one.

It looks as though BRW has a problem. I wouldn't rent from them based on this review.
