If there was an SEC in Real Estate Management some of these guys at BRW would be in jail. THey routinly keep security deposits, take advantage of international students; ignore phone calls; hide behind lawyers...I know dozens of their former tenants who have still not received their security deposits back.

False. All security deposits are returned in full with interest assuming there is no damage to the apartemnt within 30 days fo the leaving the unit. We can be reached 24 hours a day via, phone, email, fax, cell phone, and pager. All inquiries are answered and properly addresses in a timely fashion. We are one of the oldest property management companies in Boston because we know how to address our resident's needs.
