Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We just moved here from NC and after going to a hell of a lot of brokers BRW hooked us up on Comm Ave. So far all my phone calls are answered and the response time is pretty good. From what I've seen "new" apartments in Boston aren't like what they're back home but so far every one's been pretty good in helping make this our home for the next few years. I can't speak for everyone else but I'd have a great experience except for trying to drive-the roads suck.
