Yes, they do know how to run their properties. When they started managing the property I was renting their first move was to remove the chain locks so that the could come in any time they wanted. Love it when a management company lets themselves in while you are in the shower.

Same thing happened to me... workers showing up un-announced as I'm getting out of the shower... WORST management company ever.
