My apartment is incredibly expensive, although it is in a nice part of town and is in fairly good shape... for now. We have had a leak in our apartment for 3 months and it has been a disaster to even get anyone to look at it. BRW could care less, as they have had little interest in helping us with the problem. They are a useless management group who is doing nothing but taking our money each month. Although I am sure the market value for our place is high, the price is driven through the roof by their greed. At all cost, DON"T RENT FROM BOSTON REALTY WORKS!

Slanderous accusations that do not take into account the situation whatsoever. They do not reflect our business model, and are wildly untrue, and exagerated. This statement in no way reflects how we do business, and is truly misleading.

I also have had terrible experience working with Boston Realty Works. They are completely unresponsive to the owners needs at the 131 Sewall Ave Brookline building that they manage. They certainly charge enough money for everything but deliver next to nothing. Avoid dealing with this company at ALL costs.
