BRW is the worst rental outfit I've ever used. They were accommodating and courteous up until they got my money. After that, all problems with the apartment (there were plenty) were basically left up to me. The office was unresponsive and indifferent. Mice were a recurring problem, and the apartment had a funny smell from the prior tenant. BRW said that the unit would be professionally cleaned before I moved in, but it wasn't. At the end of the lease, they did return my security deposit but did not give me the interest from it (as required by law) until I pointed out the statutory requirement. Unbelievable.
If I had found apartmentratings.com earlier, I would have posted this years ago to try to protect others from having this same experience. There are a LOT of other management companies out there; most, if not all, should be better.

This is obviously a problem with the rental agency and not the property managmenet office. Therefore, it should not be placed under this heading.
