I currently live in an apartment that is managed by Boston Realty Works. They have cause an enormous amount of problems for my landlord and myself (the tenant). My landlord was billed for an A/C unit repair last year when no repair was ever done. They gave an exact day that I called in for the repair, but I showed my landlord and BRW that my phone records show no such call took place (nor have I ever called BRW to complain about my A/C unit).

Not only will BRW try to swindle you, their customer service is shabby at best. I tried contacting a Director of Property Management to learn about how I can move out of the building only to be told that I can't place moving container anywhere in the area and that I can contact the superintendent to rent a storage space (I'M MOVING!!).

I can say, without a doubt, that Boston Realty Works is a terrible management company. Landlords and tenants beware!

The contractor who performed the work invoiced the wrong unit number. This was a plain invoicing error that had nothing to do with BRW. We informed the landlord and tenant of what we were invoiced, that was the extent of our involvement in this situation.
