I have moved a lot the last 15 years and have rented from many management companies. I am very tolerant but Boston Realty Works has managed to push all my buttons the past year. Their client servies is terrible, they don't return phone calls, emails and are discourteous. They spend the least in maintenance on their buildings. Do yourself a favor and never have the "pleasure" of dealing with them.

This owner owes BRW over 40K, not for management fees, but for a judgment BRW has against the condo association for a legal action they lost.

The Manager's response is a farbrication. I owe BRW nothing and wasn't involved in any lawsuit against them. Check out all the other reviews they get. They have a "slick" response every time, but are never willing to admit to any wrong. Proves the point that they are not an accomodating company and one that you definitely do not want to deal with.
