moved to boston recently and had doubts working with brw, i was recommended to them by a good friend of mine, despite the reviews, they have turned their work ethics around, and i was moved in withing 3 days. office and customer service was improved and accommodating, will refer and use them again!

Hmmm. BRW can't even fake positive reviews very well... BRW doesn't have any positive reviews for years and then they have two very similar positive reviews within three days right before the summer rental season starts. I wonder who posted those "reviews". As everyone in Boston knows, BRW is known for terrible customer service, overcharging customers and questionable ethics.

I agree with the anonymous poster above. BRW is truly a terrible company, and the recent reviews are mighty fishy. Listen, I dislike this company so much that I still check their reviews, even though I don't live in one of their buildings anymore, because I don't want anyone else to be exposed to their sleaze. BTW, on the review from Bosnewbie, they say that they are new to Boston, but that BRW has improved. I suppose that they mean that BRW has improved from what the reviews said, but it sure sounds a lot like a BRW employee not thinking their comments all the way through. Long story short: Don't be fooled, or don't say you weren't warned.
