I am a trustee in a building in Back Bay.
Our building switched to BRW from another Back Bay company, both the board and the owners find BRW to be responsive, proactive, and well versed in all aspects of property management. We would highly recommend to any condo association looking for a new property management company.

Watch your bills. BRW will double bill you, over bill you, hire incompetent contractors, and steal from you in more ways than you can imagine. The worst, most dishonest management company in Boston.
