Wow, I have never dealt with a more unprofessional real estate broker than Justin Levine. He is God awful, acts rudely, and expects you to be a pushover. He fails to do his basic basic duties as a broker and makes excuses for himself. I have been moved into my apartment for over a week now and JUST got the lease today, but still don't have a full set of keys to my own damn apartment.
The further exacerbate the situation, he brashly told my roommate that I was rude. Sorry, but if you aren't going to bring the necessary ------- paper for me to live in an apartment and I have to call you more than 5 times, then yes, I am going to be pushy, especially if you never show up for appointments. I am considering reporting him to Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers & Salespersons in Massachusetts for lack of competence.

I have the feeling that these people just push people into buying their units and once they have the money, it's not their responsibility anymore.
So everyone out there looking for places, please do the world a favor and stay AWAY from Boston Realty Works.

The Sales & Rentals office is a separate company from the Property Management office. The actions of their employees are not affiliated with BRW Management. Going forward, please feel free to contact management rather than your broker.
