The woman that handled our apartment at Boston Union Realty didn't care about what we needed. It took numerous calls and visits to the office to get her to pay attention to us. In January, the apartment next to ours had a flood, causing our hardwood floors to warp and rise. My roommates and I called her for months trying to inform her of the damage being done to the floors. 3 months later, we were no longer able to open the door, because the floor had risen so high. It is now May, and we had someone look at the floors a few days ago...who knows when they'll actually fix them...Boston Union Realty doesn't care about its tenants, they only care about getting the rent.
