This realtor makes a lot of promises at the beginning and never follows through. Customer service is incredibly rude! You have to ask numerous times for requests, regardless of whether it's about cleanliness, safety, etc. They care very little about their tenants. They have contracted out the property management to another company--another sign of their laziness. I have lived here across the street from this realot for one year and though it is an incredibly convenient location--I would not recommend using this realtor to anyone.
