I find it hard to believe the bad reviews about this company. I'm originally from CA and was not familiar with the Boston area. I went to other companies first and was only seen as commission by the agents. They didn't care what my needs were and tried to milk as much money as possible. I felt welcomed right away when I stepped into the office of Boston Union Realty. The agents looked for apartments in my price range and looked out for my needs. I don't know why people are saying bad things about them. I have a feeling that the reviews are just other companies desperate for business by telling lies about the good companies.

I have a feeling that this is just the company trying to write something good about itself because no one else will.

Hey, if you had a good experience, fantastic. But as a current resident, NOT another company trying to make them sound bad, I would say your experience is a rare one. They suck. Be glad they treated you okay once, and don't risk it again.
