Dealing with the people at Boston Union Realty has been nothing short of a joke. It is surprising to me that these people are still in business when they treat their clients so poorly. They only wish to gain your signature for the contract. Once they have accomplished that, they fail to exercise any notion of care or consideration to their newly acquired tenant(s). The only reason I can determine their continual existence is due to the fact that they deal mostly with clients on the collegiate level that have had no prior experience when moving to Boston. Make no mistake by trusting these people with your money or wellbeing. Remember, you are investing your time and money to a company that should treat you like it. You will find nothing of the sort at this horrible excuse for a realty company.
