First of all, this company maybe has 500 clients at most. For one example of how pathetic these people are, on any given month, there are AT MOST, 75 clients who are late on their rent. Within a few days of being late, what do you know; there is a $50 constable fee and a threat of an eviction. Now when asking the receptionist (Chantel, cold hearted disgusting slob of a human being) why not just give us a call, send an email, you don t have that many customers' She replies, in a naggy voice, "well its an automatic system, if we took the time to call all our customers, we'd be here all day". Sorry, HAHA, I just thought that was your job, didn t know it was so ridiculous to take care of your customers. BUT, even if it s too much for you to take the time, why not have the "automatic system" send emails, instead of eviction slips. It would save all the time is takes to arrange an eviction and subsequent court case, and it would show the customers you give a ----. If the problem is a simple mistake (in my case, they didn t record that I sent my check in, and I came up with the bank statement to show that they, where in fact, the people who made the mistake) the problem can be fixed with no additional effort. These people are to most impersonal money grubbing jerks I've seen at a realty company. For the amount of cash I shell out for an apartment (basement, leaky banging pipes, rats in the ceiling, small kitchen, ------ appliances, management cant speak English, newly renovated walls have randomly spaced studs and crooked finish work, when it rains the back ally is literaly a 500 sf lake...list goes on, of which I knew none when I signed because we where informed it was being renovated ) in Boston you'd think you could get a little more service. And SABET MANAGEMENT, the company that does the "upkeep" on my apartment building, ----, those illegal's smoke cigarettes in the hallway right outside my apartment door, probably close friends of Boston Union and Chantel.

No offense, but why don't you just pay your rent on time? That's what you are supposed to do anyway!
