I leased a one bedroom through a company called Churchill Corporate Services. IT was horrible. There is really no place to park and if you do find a spot expect to pay at least $20 a night and up. There is no bellman to help you get your luggage up to your room. The walls are thin so exspect to hear your neighbors as they watch a loud action packed movie and your other neighbors dog bark annoingly all night as he scratches at the door.
Inside you will find that someone tried to decorate modestly. However we had a unit with a kitchen but absolutly nothing to cook with and nothing to use to eat off of. My family conisited of me, my husband, and my daughter and they only left one set of towels for all three of us, not to mention the towels are not the white ones you get at all common hotels, they were an old wahsed out liliac color that were once purple. Upon my inspection of the bed, it was covered with a comforter that had holes in it and stained with chocolate (I think) and hairs in the bed as if it had not been washed since the last user. Needless to say I did not stay the night.
In less than an hour I found an excellent extended stay at the marriott residence in a little town called dedham, ma 02026. Not only was everything washed, cleaned, and ready for us. They had free breakfast, free snacks at night, pool, weight room, kitchenette with everything you need to cook all for $119/per night.

Hello,
As a representative of Churchill, I'd like to post a response to a few of these key points:
*Downtown Boston is a difficult area to find parking in general. There is no access to free parking anywhere downtown (that we know of, if you know of a free parking area downtown please let us know!), this is unfortunate however it's consistent with any other major city.
*Unfortunately these buildings are not hotels, so there are no bellmen to take luggage up to rooms, however if someone requests special assistance we will gladly try to schedule one of our movers to help.
*This building doesn't allow dogs.
*All of our apartments are fully outfitted with everything needed to cook, eat, etc, please see a full list of what's included here - http://www.furnishedhousing.com/houseitems.html
*We have 24/7 customer service and will deliver additional linens, kitchen items, etc, with a quick phone call.
*All of our apartments are quality inspected and walked prior to move-in - in addition, we take detailed photos of every apartment before every move-in to ensure quality. If anyone would like to view photos of this individuals apartment, feel free to email us at bostonoffice@churchillcorp.com - we'd be happy to show them to you.
Thank you for your time.
