I worked for Boston's Preferred Properties while I was going to Northeastern. I can tell you that I heard what was said on the inside, when the customers weren't listening. The owner, Larry Fish always pushed us to do a great job for the Landlords we represented as well as the people who were looking for housing. Leasing and property management is a tough business but I never once saw Mr. Fish compromise his integrity. I don't know if he is still the owner, but if he is I recommend him and his company highly. I have not seen or spoken to Mr. Fish in 10 years. This is a sincere recommendation.
