Worst Customer Service

Everyone at BPP has the WORST attitude, and are basically just rude people. I have been dealing with them for the past three years, and frankly I cannot wait to move out. They have no communication with the landlord, they take months to get forms completed, and it takes a huge fight to get security back. Best part - they charge $200 to draft a new lease, and all they do is cross out whatever is changing (rental year, rentee) and just handwrite the new information in. I would take that job for $200 a pop! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
