In my opinion, the agents and owner are dishonest, rude, and use high pressure techniques to convince you to close the deal. They constantly try to tell you that they are doing you a favor even when they are just doing their job - i.e. making an appointment to show you a unit. Nothing is as it seems when you go to BPP. Please be careful if you deal with them, or better yet, try to avoid this place by any means possible.
