this place is the dumps

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
I've been living here for 15 years and it used to be the safest and cleanest place to live at. Now it's just like the dumps. Druggies are everywhere and it's not safe to walk around in the middle of the night. My sister and one of my neighbors got robbed. The scary thing is that my sister got robbed in broad DAYLIGHT! It's so dirty that I once saw a rat run into someone's apartment.
They still havent fixed the leak thats in the ceiling. Went to the office to complain about it twice and half a year passed and it's still not fixed!
