Charles River Park Apartments on Charles River Plaza

I liked it, but it needs work From: travelinitman@yahoo.com Date posted: 4/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2000   I liked the apartments. The view from the 17th floor out over the river is great. The apartments a large enough, but expensive. The security personnel were nice, but the office tried to rip me for 6 months rent when I had to leave. (My contract job ended early and I had to terminate the lease early - I had an agreement that stated that if the job ended I could buy out of the lease for 1 months rent.) I had to forcefully remind the person who rented the apartment to me. They were not even going to honor thier own paperwork until a manager came to realize that I was serious. I brought my car with me to the apartment, but I later found that I could have just left it at home for as much as I needed to use it in Boston (almost not at all). Had I not used the parking I would have saved $250 a month. Beware the squirrels who play in the parking lot. During the winter they like to nest on your engine and crew your wires.
