Amy Lowell Apts/Community bldrs Inc From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003   This was formerly affordable lovely housing for elderly/disabled. Community Bldrs. bought building couple years ago and started superficial renov. along with prompt removal of anyone who didn't fit the Sect.8 requirements of that time and about 1/3 of tenants left. They were replaced by market renters who have total contempt for elderly/ill and have made it living hell on earth. No respite from landlord. Enter at your own risk!!!!!! No desk service/no security at all/ever/little pkg/very noisy!
