Longfellow Place Apartments From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Overpriced for sure. The construction is poor compared to other 'modern' high rises I've lived in before so expect quite a bit of foot traffic noise from above (the floor plates are paper thin and you can definitely hear a nail drop upstairs). The staff members are alright, at least they respond when you ask.
