Charles River Park Apartments on Charles River Plaza

too expensive From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   They suck you in with the rental deals. The winter comes and the heating costs escalate. The windows have such poor insulation. Then the lease ends and they start jacking up the rent!!!!!!!Watch out! Parking is another $280 and it is hard to find a spot.
