Charles River Park Apartments on Charles River Plaza

Good Deal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Ive spent ALOT of time apt hunting in Boston and I have to say Charles River Park is the best deal in town. The three best apt buildings in Boston would have to be Devonshire, Church Park and Charles River Park. CRP gives you the most space for your money and has all if not more amenities than the other two buildings. I signed a lease for a 1BR in Longfellow on the 31st FL with a GREAT view of the Charles for $2000. The Devonshire was charging MORE money for a SMALLER apt on the 20th FL with a great view of my neighbor's living room. Church Park is even more expensive then Devonshire and CRP. I've seen them all.... Charles is the best buy for the money!!!
