Charles River Park Apartments on Charles River Plaza

Too much construction to consider moving here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This place is a disaster right now. There are new buildings going up on two sides of the building and on the first floor as well. In addition to the parking being removed, the construction wakes you up in the morning and often keeps you awake when they "forget" to turn off all the lights in the new buildings. One of the new buildings has taken away most or all of the view of the river and of Cambridge. So, between the no parking, loud noise, lots of dirt, other construction inconveniences (gas and water getting turned off), lack of view, poor response of maintenance, lack of control of heat/air, I'd recommend people to stay away.
